All our reviews are from people who have actually stayed in the hotels. After you stay in a hotel booked through Fáilte Hotels, you will be given the opportunity to rate the hotel and leave comments. We believe in fairness to clients and to hotels, as both are our clients. We give the hotels an opportunity to respond to comments and but Fáilte Hotels website administrator decision is final as to wither a comment stays or is deleted. It could only be deleted if the hotel satisfactorily rectified the difficulty and Fáilte Hotels administrators were happy that the difficulty would no longer exist for future customers.
No reservation fees
The Fáilte Hotels reservation service is free of charge. We do not charge you any booking fees, administration fees we only take a booking deposit that is taken from the price of your accommodation.

The booking process involved in Fáilte Hotels is extremely simple to use, and we have focused on making it as easy as possible for our users convenience.Hotels on our system sell their rooms direct to you. Our hotels manage their own information and rates, and we simply charge them a low rate commission. This charge is passed on to the hotel not you the customer.
How to cancel a booking
You may cancel a booking with Fáilte Hotels directly with the booking reference number you receive. It’s a simple process to cancel, just enter your reference number and hit the cancel button. An automatic cancel email is then sent to the hotel informing them that you have cancelled. Please note that hotels have different cancellation policies. They are all displayed on the hotel policies page on all our sites that the hotel enters with their hotel information.
